Mobile Field Collection
eCentrix Mobile Field Collection is a mobile application that helps to manage collection activities of field collector. This application is updated by core system automatically, and perform assignments as company policy. In addition, this application helps field collectors to have information about profile customers, billings, locations, or even visit history and input activity results. eCentrix Mobile Field Collection also has geo-location, photo capture, Bluetooth print, chat, and real time dashboard features.
Collection Scoring
One of the important things in collection process is to determine the priority of debtors that must be handled. By using eCentrix Collection Scoring, these needs can be fulfilled since this application can calculate debtor’s score by looking at the customer profile, loan information, payment history, handling history and others so that it can be known who is the priority of debtors. This application also has a flexible setting feature by providing convenient settings for company according to the policies and strategies used.
