A dedicate workflow-driven legal collection module supports end-to-end litigation activities whether customer-initiated against financial institutions or financial institution-initiated against defaulting customers. Similarly, separate workflow-driven custom modules are available for other collection activities such as repossession, asset sales and settlements.
